About this site
The Episcopal Oysters of Southern Ohio is a watchdog site for the Episcopal Diocese of Southern Ohio (DSO). This site is written by and for traditionalist Episcopalians, with the intent on preserving our witness within DSO, the Episcopal Church (TEC), and the Anglican Communion (AC) for a long time to come. The authors of the Episcopal Oysters in Southern Ohio, along with many other traditionalists, distinguish between:
– people and their behavior;
– desire and behavior;
– desire and identity;
– the degree of immorality of people living in a type of sin, and that of clergy who declare the sin to be holy.
And he said to his disciples, “Therefore I tell you, do not be anxious about your life, what you will eat, nor about your body, what you will put on. For life is more than food, and the body more than clothing. Consider the ravens: they neither sow nor reap, they have neither storehouse nor barn, and yet God feeds them. Of how much more value are you than the birds! Luke 12:22-24 (ESV)
