A message from the Bishop to the clergy of Southern Ohio

12 February 2010

[Elder’s Note:  Received via email today, from an anonymous reader.  ]

(Blah .. blah .. blah ..

Blah .. blah .. blah ..

Blah .. blah .. blah ..  Blah .. blah .. blah .. )

On Saturday, March 6, there will be a gathering of clergy at Procter. Two key issues will be on the agenda: open communion and an update on policies and procedures for same-sex blessings.

(Blah .. blah .. blah ..

Blah .. blah .. blah ..  Blah .. blah .. blah ..)

Yours in Christ,

+ Tom Breidenthal

– Elder

PS – SSB’s are a foregone conclusion, but I’d wager that the Bishop would appreciate it if everyone kept a lid on the open communion thing, in order to preserve the adolescent shock-value.  So.. be sure not to tell anyone, okay?

I truly love how some rules are more equal than others in the modern Episcopal Church.
